Welcome to Ivy. This first-step class is all about introductions. Taught at a methodical pace, you’ll get to know the reformer as you build the fundamental skills for a strong, resilient body.
We focus on core connections, the power of breath and mobility-strength for the upper body and hips.
Meet a new version of yourself as you melt, lengthen and strengthen.

Take this class if you are new to us, returning to your practice or like to slow down to connect to yourself.

JUMP TO JOY

Jump towards your best body with our explosive, endorphin-boosting jumpboard class. Bursts of cardio that target legs, glutes and abdominals are spaced out with traditional reformer exercises that work the full body. This style of jumping is for everyone because it is low impact on the joints, but is especially valuable for building hip-to-ankle landing skills for running, tennis and other sports.

MASTERY & GRACE

This advanced class focuses on total body integration, from the inside-out and from head to toe. Taught at a continuous, flowing pace, you’ll work every inch of your body in all planes of motion.
Expect complex, powerful moves and smooth transitions that blend one dynamic exercise to the next.


Take this class if you have no spinal injuries, have prior Pilates experience and/or have taken at least 5 intermediate classes.

HARMONY & STRENGTH

Refine and challenge your Pilates practice in this intermediate class. Taught at a quicker tempo, you'll connect your core to your large muscles in full body movements that require power and precision. We focus on integration of the spine to the limbs and challenge total body strength and balance.

Take this class if you've taken at least 5 reformer classes, feel connected to your body and are ready to work deeper and larger.
