TERMS & CONDITIONS - CLASSES AND PROMOTIONS
- Group classes and sessions must be used by same customer *Not transferable or shared.
- No exceptions and No extensions allowed.
- Please contact us directly for booking Semi or Trio sessions.
- Only first-time clients are eligible to purchase the Intro Private Session (one time purchase only)
- Intro group class offer can only be purchased once and must be used in 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Rates subject to HST.
- Please note that Ivy Pilates Studio requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session or a group class for any reason or you will be charged the full fee for that appointment or group class.
- Sessions and group classes are non-refundable.
- Private, Semi, and Trio sessions expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Single group class expires in 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Package of 10 group classes expires in 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Package of 20 group classes expires in 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Duration of session would be 55 mins.
- Duration of group classes would be 50 mins.
